Students can check their student email at http://webmail.students.wcpss.net .
Why have student e-mail accounts?
Your username should be your first and middle initials and last name. Passwords will be your student number. Your username does not have to be all capitals!
Example:
Student Name: John A Student
Username: jastudent
Password: 9999999
Your actual e-mail address would be: [email protected]
You may have to reset your password when you log in for the first time. You may get your initial password from your teacher and if you forget your password, Mrs. DiBona in the media center can reset it for you.
To change your password, log into your e-mail and go to Preferences and choose Security.

- Students under age 13 are not legally allowed to create e-mail accounts with providers such as Google and Hotmail.
- Provides transparent communication between teachers and students.
- Allows intervention and investigations into e-mail harassment and cyber bullying.
- E-mail addresses are required for PowerSchool, Google Apps, and other programs used for classes.
